Musheer Khan was born on 27 February 2005 in Kurla, Mumbai Maharashtra, India. He struggled a lot in his career. He started his career at the early age of 6, he played in the Giles Sheild Under-14 Tournament, and at the age of 8, he played in 2013 the Kanga League as the youngest player.

He made his Ranji debut on 27 December 2022 for Mumbai against Saurashtra in the 2022-23 Ranji Trophy.
In the 2023 Col CK Nayudu Trophy, he scored 629 runs at an average of 78.63 with the highest score of 339 runs and took 16 wickets at an average of 16.81.
In the 2023-24 U-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy with (22 wickеts) he stands as the highest wickеt-takеr in the tournament.
